Conference AV

Typical pricing: From $8,500/day for PM + base crew

Our conference AV package is the core of every multi-day event we produce:

  • PA system: JBL VTX line-array — front fills, delays, and sub arrays as needed
  • Projection: 20,000–35,000 lumen laser projectors; front, rear, and IMAG configurations
  • Microphones: Handheld, lavalier, and boundary mics (Shure Axient)
  • Confidence monitors: Stage-side and presenter monitors; 12-channel IEM system for panel discussions
  • Video switching: ATEM switcher with custom presentation template support
  • Intercom: Full show-call system for production and front-of-house crew

We’ve run conference AV at Washington State Convention Center, Bell Harbor, and multiple Seattle hotel ballrooms. Our technical director has 20+ years in the room.

Theatrical Lighting

Typical pricing: Rig quotes from $6,000 for a 300-pax show

Our theatrical lighting inventory includes:

  • Moving heads: 48 GLP JDC1 hybrids + 24 Robe BMFL Spots for beam and spotlight work
  • LED washes: Full perimeter wash capability for color-mixing and brand-color moments
  • Gobos and pattern work: Custom gobo manufacturing for brand reveals and texture
  • Atmospheric effects: Haze machines (MDG TheONE), CO2 jets, confetti cannons
  • Control: Full MA3 console operation with show-file programming and backup

Lighting design and programming included for shows confirmed 30+ days out. We program to timecode for product reveals and scripted presentations.

Staging & Structures

Typical pricing: Stage packages from $4,500

We own our staging inventory and build custom for every show:

  • Stage decking: Modular 4×8 deck in standard and custom configurations
  • Truss: Single-point, I-beam, and box truss configurations; certified riggers on all aerial work
  • Drape: Full-perimeter pipe and drape; custom printed fabric backdrops available
  • Risers: Tiered seating risers, speaker/performer risers, podium risers
  • Set pieces: Branded portals, step-and-repeat frames, podium surrounds

Load-in scheduling coordinated with venue. Certified rigging for all truss aerial work — no exceptions.

Streaming & Broadcast

Typical pricing: Streaming package from $3,500 add-on

We handle hybrid and broadcast events as an integrated part of our production package:

  • Cameras: Sony FX9 and PTZ camera systems; 2–6 camera configurations depending on show
  • Switching: ATEM Constellation with multi-view monitoring for broadcast director
  • Encoding: Certified RTMP encoder output to YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Teams, Zoom Webinar
  • Graphics: Lower-thirds, branded overlays, and countdown graphics programmed pre-show
  • Recording: ISO recording for all camera feeds; post-event delivery available

Our broadcast team has experience with live streaming to 10,000+ concurrent viewers. We provide pre-show stream testing and a dedicated broadcast engineer for live events.
